The Manukau Major Projects franchise of GJ's was established in 2003 and is now owned by Byron Naude, Jeremy Waters, and Dougal Paterson of Rabo Construct Ltd.
Byron oversees the day to day running of the business in his role as general manager and franchisee. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry.
Jeremy has a valuation background and during his 25 years in the property sector, has specialised in project management and project delivery, master-planning and strategic advice. He has completed commercial and large-scale residential developments delivering turn-key solutions to owner-occupiers and tenants.
Dougal is a professional in the property and construction sector, spanning 25 years. Throughout his career he has successfully delivered a diverse array of projects, ranging from commercial projects to large-scale residential developments.
Manukau Major Projects has a proven track record of excellence in the medium density market, with a portfolio of successful projects. They have relationships with Kainga Ora, retirement villages, private developers, Iwi and Community Housing providers.
They have a qualified team who have significant experience with larger residential build projects and the right skills to communicate clearly with all levels of the wider project team. They are passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work and achievements.

G.J. Gardner Homes has been operating in the Hamilton/Waikato region since 1997 and is owned and operated by Jeff and Karyn de Leeuw of R.G. de Leeuw Construction Ltd.
Jeff has been involved with G.J. Gardner Homes for over 21 years. While he has a background in Civil Engineering he was brought up in the residential construction industry. Born and bred in the Waikato, Jeff and Karyn enjoy spending their weekends enjoying all the area has to offer with their family.
Jeff's knowledge and experience has been utilised in other parts of the GJ group with his assistance in establishing GJ franchises in Papakura and Coromandel, and has overseen the construction of more than 3,000 family homes.
The Hamilton / Waikato business has been a strong market leader for many years. The team has also won multiple awards for International Franchise of the Year within the greater G.J. Gardner group. The team is extremely knowledgeable and qualified, with many having been part of the business for over 10 years.
