G.J. Gardner Homes have been operating in Manukau/East Auckland since 1998 and is independently owned and operated by Debbie & Graeme Van Leeuwen and Vimal Pillay of MEA Holdings Ltd.
Debbie, Graeme and Vimal are locals having lived in Manukau and East Auckland for many years, and together they have a wealth of industry and business experience. Debbie has a business background within the FMCG industry with experience in leading teams and managing business units.
Graeme and Vimal have vast industry experience with Graeme a builder by trade and Vimal an Estimator, both having completed a 3 year National Diploma in Architecture. Both Graeme and Vimal worked in the franchise prior to becoming franchisees along with Debbie.
They’re proud to build in the area they’ve called home for many years Graeme having lived in the Manukau and East Auckland district all of his life and together with Debbie for the past 12 years. Whilst Vimal has enjoyed living in Pakuranga and Manukau area for the past 19 years.Together they lead a team who have built a reputation of delivering high quality homes and a positive building experience.

G.J. Gardner Homes has been operating in the Hamilton/Waikato region since 1997 and is owned and operated by Jeff and Karyn de Leeuw of R.G. de Leeuw Construction Ltd.
Jeff has been involved with G.J. Gardner Homes for over 21 years. While he has a background in Civil Engineering he was brought up in the residential construction industry. Born and bred in the Waikato, Jeff and Karyn enjoy spending their weekends enjoying all the area has to offer with their family.
Jeff's knowledge and experience has been utilised in other parts of the GJ group with his assistance in establishing GJ franchises in Papakura and Coromandel, and has overseen the construction of more than 3,000 family homes.
The Hamilton / Waikato business has been a strong market leader for many years. The team has also won multiple awards for International Franchise of the Year within the greater G.J. Gardner group. The team is extremely knowledgeable and qualified, with many having been part of the business for over 10 years.
